Automations
Lead follow-ups, reports, posting schedules, data entry. One manual workflow at a time, turned into something that runs on its own.

AI automation for businessesI build the systems that let founders step away from the keyboard.
AI automations, custom tools and websites for founders and businesses of any size. I take on a couple of projects a month, alongside my work in the Founder’s Office at Sage Media.
Tell me what is eating your team’s time. I build the thing that takes it off your plate, then prove it works before I hand it over.

Website development in JaipurTell me what is slow, repetitive or difficult to track. I map the current workflow, build the smallest useful system, test the real path and hand over something your team can keep using.
The ideas, and where they come from.
I write about patterns, systems, attention, institutions, and the incremental progress that keeps things moving.
Recently I started to feel quite overwhelmed with the knowledge that is everywhere. LinkedIn, newsletters, mail, Instagram, just so much. By the end of 2026 the world will generate 221 trillion gigabytes of it.
Growth of over ₹1 lakh a month in revenue, a well-functioning team built, and projects that drove over 65 million impressions. Mako taught me a lot, not least how to hire.
Sometimes we are walking and we cannot trace the next step. And that is okay. We have oversold life, that it is always fun and that you should always know what you are supposed to be doing.
99% bugs me every time I read it. What is the value of one percent? For someone it could mean losing their dream college.
I was travelling and saw someone order a black coffee. Truth be told, I order it too. But why? Why does someone pick up a cigarette?
When structures break, when they go to dust, who benefits? Not those at the top, and not those at the bottom. It is the ones who were inches away from the top.
A million things done, and it feels like a billion more to go. This week alone: partner meetings, trackers, strategies written and executed.
I haven’t done it intentionully, but it probably is there. I like to optimise things so they perform to the best of their abilities.
Your email goes straight to Substack, which runs the list. How your data is handled.
The problem was never information, it’s switching. Make it hard to consume what you didn’t choose, conscious when you do, and easy to do the thing you actually picked.
Repurpose Studio exists because five platforms meant five drafts. Now it is one queue.
Every reel and post you read stays in your head occupying a tab. Output is what clears the buffer.
Nine pieces written and published rather than saved to read later.
The flow leads to the sewer. Watch how things and people actually behave, derive the meaning, and use it as armor.
Reportcards was audited across six workstreams before a line was changed.
I’m often in the mist without a clear next step. Put a foot forward, feel for the ground, keep moving. Steps taken beat perfect steps.
MAKO went to ₹1L+ a month in revenue one system at a time, not one plan.
Free tiers, local tools, self-hosted, headless CLIs as the engine. Every tool here costs nothing per run. That constraint makes the builds better, not worse.
I use existing tools and free tiers where they fit, and identify paid-service requirements before building.
A written file isn’t success. Drive the real flow and check it. A confident "done" that turns out false costs more than any failure honestly disclosed.
Reportcards went 69 to 88 because the score was measured, not assumed.
What the thinking turns into.
One rule across the builds: zero marginal cost. No paid APIs, no subscriptions, no metered services. That constraint made them better, not worse.
Turns one essay into platform-specific drafts, carousels and narrated videos, with review before publishing.
A self-hosted content engine that uses a voice profile from your writing to create platform-specific drafts. It publishes directly to Bluesky, X, Threads and LinkedIn; Instagram is prepared for manual posting.
Generation runs through Claude in headless mode by default, so there is no per-call bill and no third-party tool in the loop. It has its own six-page marketing site, live at repurposestudio.vercel.app: self-hosting is free and available today, the hosted tier is planned and labelled that way, and interest in it goes straight onto a waitlist.
A learning centre's website and connected tools: accounts, practice tests, grading, a coaching centre ERP and English enrichment.
This is not one build. It is the public website and every tool behind it, built piece by piece through 2026 and still being improved: student accounts, practice tests, paper grading, the ERP the centre runs on, a separate reading app and the builders that produce its exam papers. Each has a different job, so each has its own section below.
Deliberately unglamorous where it counts: fees are a manual ledger with no payment gateway, and report cards print through the browser. Neither needs a paid service.
A bilingual wholesale catalogue for a silver supplier: 439 designs, no prices, and inquiries that go straight to WhatsApp.
As of October 2026, the bilingual catalogue has 439 product pages across 10 collections. Each product has a SKU and its available specifications, with watermarked photos, search and filtering.
The catalogue uses an inquiry list instead of fixed product prices.
One desk for social media managers to write, get client approval, schedule and publish posts for many brands.
An all-in-one approval desk for social media managers juggling multiple client brands, each with its own tone, audience, and channel credentials. Posts move draft → awaiting → approved → scheduled → posted, with a per-post audit log the whole way.
The signature feature is a no-login client approval link: send a token URL, the client approves or requests changes without an account, and you rotate the token to revoke access. Plus an all-brands calendar and a printable monthly report per brand.

These tools aren’t separate products, they share architecture, and several feed each other directly. This is that graph, simulated live.
BCA in AI & Machine Learning. Three years as an operator, not a spectator: shipped Random Forest models, built four AI-agent products on headless LLM pipelines, and ran automation, CRM, and revenue systems for three growing companies as COO and Head of Growth.
I got selected onto AIESEC’s international Global Sales Team and my mind went numb. What am I supposed to do? How will I manage an international portfolio? I did not know one single thing. The lesson that stuck: I didn’t need to know it all at the inception, nobody told me that. I learned to see about six months ahead and work backward from it.
Then MAKO, as COO. Revenue past ₹1 lakh a month, a functioning team built from scratch, work that drove 65M+ impressions. We did not sit for trends, we created them. I learned to hire right, and to get things done well before the deadline, because agencies live on last-minute changes.
Now I’m doing web and SEO work for Reportcards, building the AI products in this portfolio, and working in the Founder’s Office at Sage Media. It is still the same pattern: not knowing everything at the start, then figuring it out in motion.
