AI content systems

AI content systems for founders

Turn your ideas into reviewed drafts using a voice profile built from your writing.

The difference between a content system and one-off AI writing

I start a content system with your writing rather than a new prompt for each post. I build that workflow around Repurpose Studio, with review before publishing. It builds a detailed voice profile from your archive and past posts, and it keeps learning from the edits you make over time. Instead of pasting a prompt every single time you need something to publish, you get a dedicated, self-hosted content engine that understands your tone, your specific audience and your business rules. The voice stays yours, and the system simply does the heavy lifting of adapting your ideas for different platforms.

What the pipeline covers

A complete content system handles the entire journey from a raw idea to a published post on your profile. The pipeline covers research: Auto-Blogger reads the client’s site and trusted sources before it drafts, and SEO Autopilot builds a queue of long-tail topics from the niche and the competition. It writes the initial draft using a voice profile built from your writing, offering up to five alternative hooks per draft and a grammar check for you to review. It manages the approval stage, giving you a clear queue of what is waiting for your attention. It handles repurposing. Repurpose Studio takes one long-form essay and turns it into a LinkedIn post, an X thread, a short-video script, and rendered carousel slides. Finally, a built-in planner spreads your approved drafts across the week and handles the publishing schedule automatically.

What stays under human review

I keep review before publishing in Repurpose Studio. I build these systems to prepare the work for you, not to publish it blindly without your knowledge. When the system drafts a post, it waits in an approval queue. It checks every draft before you approve it, giving you the chance to rewrite it with targeted feedback. If you run a multi-brand agency, tools like Greenlight provide a private, no-login client link so the client approves or asks for changes straight from their phone before anything goes live on their channels. Auto-Blogger saves WordPress drafts by default, with live publishing behind a per-client switch.

Where it can publish

When a draft is finally approved, the system can post straight to Bluesky, X, Threads and LinkedIn using their native APIs. If you are running a blog, it can publish directly to WordPress, Shopify blogs or a static HTML site. However, I deliberately keep some things manual to protect your accounts. Repurpose Studio prepares Instagram posts for manual posting. Automated link placement is also strictly kept out of the loop. The system finds the prospects and drafts the outreach, but a person reviews and sends every single one. You can also read about my AI automation for businesses.

QUESTIONS CLIENTS ASK

Will it sound like AI?
I build the system around your writing, with review before publishing. Repurpose Studio builds its voice profile from your archive and learns from every edit, so drafts move closer to how you write.
Do I need to pay for an AI API?
Not necessarily. The default route uses an existing Claude plan with no extra per-call cost. Your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter key also works, billed by that provider. You will know who pays for what before anything is built.
What happens if a scheduled post fails to publish?
Repurpose Studio retries failed posts, resumes half-posted threads and sends a Telegram alert if something still fails.
How do I start?
Send me a piece you have already published and tell me where you want it to end up.
