What is the next step

Sometimes, we are walking and we cannot trace the next step

To ask for a salary hike? Or, How do you get more leads?

And, that’s okay

We have oversold life.

That it is always fun and you should know what you are supposed to be doing.

Two years ago, I got selected in Global Sales Team in AIESEC.

My mind went numb.

What am I supposed to do? how will I manage the international portfolio? I did not know one single thing.

Kudos to eugene lee and jimena, who taught everything to me.

But at the inception, I did not know, nor was it was essential to know it all(nobody told me that).

The thing I later realised was that, I see 6 months in future and work according to that.

Being a visionary is a good thing, you can see what is coming, but you should act in present.

What I learnt →To take one step at a time

I learnt this from Jordan Peterson, you are in the mist, you do not know, where or what the next step is, so you just put your feet forward, and try to feel the next step, it might work or it might not, but in the long run, taking steps is what matters more, than taking perfect ones.

I did not know what to do, but I did figure it out.

And now, I am in the same position.

And I know I will be in 10 years as well.

But we will figure it out.
