Mako done

Okay, MAKO

growth of over 1lac PM in revenue, Building a well functioning team, and delivering projects which drove over 65 million in impressions, those we were able to do when I was there.

Mako taught me a lot, be it how to hire right people, or how to get things done way before deadline to avoid last minute changes, because there are many last minute changes, when it comes to agencies.

But now that this role has ended.

→I remember how we went to Delhi in the morning, only to be back by night.

→All those shoots, where we as the team also had a lot of fun.

→Those meetings, which were lunch more than they were meetings

What I learnt will serve me perfectly in my career moving forward.

At Mako, we did not sit for trends, we created them, we educated the audience, kept them informed, that brought us numbers.

The sheer brilliance of the Co-Founders, Manhit CEO, the plannings, the content itself which goes and did go hyper viral.

Vishwas CMO, At the end execution is everything, the vision we had, the client had, the results were always better than that, and that is because of you.

And the team, a long overdue thanks to the team because of whom this all was possible.

Aaditya, for being the person who was available for shoots any day we asked you to.

Vidushi , being the backbone for influencer marketing at MAKO, managing upwards of 100 influencers of the time you were here, well done.

Sherya, managing the socials, keeping the page updated at all times, creating reports, and ensuring pages were managed right.

Dheeraj, for taking care of the outreach, and just being a strong support for the entire team.

Madhav, Akshita, Manram for being the designers who brought our and clients vision to the table, which managed to showcase exactly what they wanted to.

Sourabh Goswami, being the only editor, managing all the clients was definitely a tough job, I do remember calling you twice or thrice a day, just to take updates, but I did not have to, what you said you always delivered.

The team was and is the reason, this all was done the way it was.
